Virtual Group Therapy

Sometimes hearing similar stories helps in knowing that you are not alone. What you experiencing is quite common and not unique to only you.

If you prefer to have some one-on-one help, I'm here for you. We can set up a frequency for me to check in with you. Even if that's just a good morning text with a inspirational quote included to start your day on the right foot.

Whether you just went through a breakup or something happened in life that you're having a hard time processing, we'll take 30 days to deep dive into those feelings so you can come out stronger.
